Ultimate Lobster Roll
Picked up 4 lobsters today and made lobster rolls stuffed with butter-poached lobster tail, claw and knuckle meat, mixed together with celery, basil, green onions, avocado and fresh Ontario corn served on a slice of toasted egg bread. My wife nicknamed it the Charles Lobster Roll.

Samgyetang (Ginseng Chicken Soup in Korea) is a traditional soup for body health. It consists primarily of a whole young chicken stuffed with garlic, sticky rice, jujube and ginseng. It’s also what my wife requests to eat at least once or twice a month saying it’s her most favourite comfort food.
