Tonight we hosted a small get together with two other couples. Featured on tonight’s menu was a new version of a spicy salmon tower served on top of a crispy crab cake meant to be eaten while spread across a piece of French baguette. ⁣⁣

Pork ramen with a pork bone broth consisting of four different broths made over the span of the last few days, homemade noodles, a soft boiled egg, brûléed pork, pulled pork and garnished with fresh green onion and Nori/seaweed.
