BBQ sauce recipe from famous pitmaster, Aaron Franklin made of rendered homemade bacon fat, organic onions, garlic, ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, mustard powder, salt and pepper whipped up in my Vitamix.
I started with 2 racks of spareribs, made my own spice rub and BBQ sauce and then slow smoked these babies for 6 hours…slow and steady on the barbecue at a steady 270 degrees celsius over apple wood.
