Saturday mornings, my wife and I will often engulf a huge bowl of Vietnamese pork bun each so I thought why not try my hand at making it myself.
The best part of this dish was the fish sauce which I made from scratch (lemon juice, fish sauce, maple syrup, garlic and red chilies…soooo good) and the lemongrass marinated pork which was so tender (the secret being a baking soda and water soak beforehand). Absolutely delicious! My wife gave this dish two thumbs up!
